Let's Get Stuffed!

The theme in December was foods that were stuffed. Our group started with stuffed mini peppers and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. We then had 2 salads that had various veggies stuffed inside other veggies! Our man course was a pork tenderloins stuffed with spinach & apricots and stuffed acorn squash. We finished with a decadent chocolate stuffed chocolate rum cake. Yes, we were indeed STUFFED at the end of this tasty meal!

Sandra & Phil's house December 2019 The group at Sandra & Phil's house took a Happy Hour "tapas" approach to show off their stuffed skills. Their dessert bar (pictured) included stuffed strawberries, stuffed cream puffs and Molten Lava cake, obviously stuffed with ganache. Sandra said they had a fun time and all got stuffed but not tanked (even though she served Prickly Pear Martinis)! |
