The group decided to focus on Argentina for the theme of South America. Patti & Wally brought three very tasty appetizers: Manchego cheese, lobster pate tartlets and artichoke bruschetta. They also brought a fresh green salad. The hosts prepared a perfect tri-tip with chimichurri sauce, accompanied by cheesy scalloped potatoes and roasted asparagus. We finished off the meal with chocotorta, a traditional Argentinian treat made by Debbie & Jon. A fun evening with delicious food and lively conversation!
