Colin & Ruth prepared excellent Italian baked lamb chops (they used to live in New Zealand, so know how to prepare lamb very well). Debbie & Jon brought olive tampenade with Italian bread as a starter. Frieda & Pitts made a fantastic Insalata ai Frutti di Mare (mixed seafood salad). Debbie & Jon also brought a Torta di Ricotta al Limoncello (Italian-Style Limoncello Cheesecake), accompanied by homemade limoncello for dessert. Another nice evening with some foodie friends!
