The menu for this group was Stuffed Mushrooms for appetizers, made by Mike, Seafood and Sausage Soup made by Sally accompanied by a Pear, Walnut and Gorgonzola salad. Maria made French baguettes to go along with the soup. Kathy made a Lemon Tart for dessert. She decorated it with raspberries, lemon slices and sprigs of mint. It was lovely but unfortunately no photo was taken (probably since everyone was anxious to get a slice). Everything was very tasty!

Our group very creatively incorporated the theme into every course. We started with "Wonder Bread Cups" which were baked tartlets stuffed with assorted fillings (smoked salmon, chicken salad, spinach dip and onion dip). These were accompanied by festive Cranberry Sparkler cocktails. We then enjoyed a Ramen Noodle Salad with homemade Herb Focaccia. Next up were two hearty soups - Butternut Squash soup and Bacon Corn Chowder with Shrimp. We finished with a yummy Bread Pudding with Hot Butter Rum Sauce. It was a tasty meal and a very nice evening with some new friends!
