The theme in January was "Recipes of Famous Chefs". Some groups chose a single chef to focus on, while others tried recipes from a variety of chefs.

Judy & Al's house
This group really got into this month's them by donning chef hats, shirts and aprons! Their menu included Barefoot Contessa/InaGarten’s Lemon Chicken and Rice Pilaf, Chef John’s Asparagus Soufflé and dinner rolls, Emeril’s Shrimp Remoulade Salad, Chef Jean-Pierre’s Spinach & Artichoke Dip and Kristin Kish’s Apple Pie a la Mode Ice Cream Sandwiches. It sounds like it was a fabulous meal!

This congenial group first enjoyed Napa Cabbage Cups w/shrimp based on a recipe by Jacques Pepin. That was followed by a dinner of Quinoa Tabbouleh (Ina Garten recipe), Coq au Vin w/ rice (Julia Child) and Crème Brule (Silver Palate recipe). It was a very enjoyable evening!
